In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 21 against Clay Thomas Paulson of Grand Junction on three counts of supplying alcohol to a person under age. He was fined $200 with a $70 surcharge on each count. He must also pay $282.30 court costs. The charges are related to a large party at 2472 180th St on July 21.
A judgment was entered against Patrick Michael Kennedy of Jefferson on a charge of assault. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $117.19.
A judgment was entered against Kimberly Marie Smith of Jefferson on two counts of theft-fifth degree. Smith was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on each count. She must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. Court costs were $60.
