Jared and Lindsey Brinker of Carroll are parents of a daughter, Emma Sue Brinker, born on Tuesday, June 30. She weighed 9 lbs 7 ounces and was 20 inches long. She is welcomed by her brother Michael, 12.
Grandparents are Lyle and Judy Brinker of Jefferson, Marcia Mitchell of Carroll, and the late Ian Mitchell.
