Wild Rose Jefferson will host a special job fair Saturday, June 27, from 9 am to noon at the Wild Rose transitional office at 300 Microsoy Drive, east of Highway 4 and Fareway in Jefferson.
The job fair will focus on filling table games dealer and slot player customer service positions as well as food and beverage and event staff.
“This job fair targets specific positions compared with our first event where we were hiring in all departments,” said Nancy Webb, HR manager of Wild Rose Jefferson. “After approximately 10 weeks of recruiting and hiring, we are nearly 60 percent staffed. With this event, we are now turning our attention to front-line positions that work closely with our guests and players.”
Positions available are:
- Banquet servers
- Bartenders
- Cooks
- Dealers
- Guest Services cashiers
- Host/hostesses
- Kitchen utility staff
- Slot attendants
- Wait staff
Prospective applicants are invited to fill out applications at the site on the day of the job fair Those who have filled out online applications should let the job fair host know and the information will be retrieved and available for processing.
“Our business revolves around providing an exciting, positive and fun dining and entertainment experience for our guests,” Webb added. “We are looking for candidates with great people skills who enjoy working in a high-energy, customer-centered workplace.”
Wild Rose Jefferson is scheduled to open Aug. 1 with a grand opening slated for Friday and Saturday, Aug. 7-8. The headline entertainer will be announced within the week.
