In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered June 3 against Courtney James Baugh of St Joseph, MO, on a charge of assault. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $80. Magistrate Rita Pedersen also entered a judgment in a case initiated in district court in which Baugh was charged with assault-serious. The charge was amended to assault-simple and a judgment was entered for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $121 in that case.
A judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Zachery Allen Waters of Paton on a charge of disorderly conduct.
A judgment was entered against Christopher Simon Hernandez of Jefferson on a charge of theft-fifth degree. Hernandez was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge.
A judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Amelia Marie Kennedy of Jefferson on a charge of violation of a no contact order.
Court costs were $60 in every case unless otherwise noted.
