In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments as follows: Alysha Nicole Steece, 37, of Jefferson, assault causing bodily injury; Lance Michael Ross, 18, of Grand Junction, sex abuse-third degree; and Stephen Arthur Molle, 19, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana-first offense. Trial dates were set for July 21 in every case.
Cases were initiated in Greene County district court as follows: Delaney M. Spencer, 21, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated- first offense; Mark Lee Jackson, 48, of Des Moines, burglary-third degree, burglary-third degree- habitual offender, and possession of burglar’s tools; and Brett Dale Neal, 39, of Cedar Rapids, driving while license barred.
