Steve and Tracy Bosshart of rural Jefferson announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Melissa to Bill Frederick, son of Al and Ann Frederick of rural Jefferson.
Melissa is a 2009 graduate of Jefferson-Scranton High School. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor of science degree in biology in 2013. She is a lab technician at Louis Dreyfus Commodities LLC in Grand Junction.
Bill graduated from Jefferson-Scranton High School in 2004 and from Northwestern College with a degree in agribusiness in 2009. He works on the Frederick family farm.
The couple plans to be married June 27 at Pleasant Hill Church in Grant Township.
