The Greene County Republican central committee will sponsor its seventh annual Spring Rally next Thursday, April 23, at the Abundant Life Ministries, 1308 W. Lincoln Way, in Jefferson. Speakers for the event include current State Representative Chip Baltimore and State Senator Jerry Behn, both of Boone, and special guest speaker Jeff Kaufmann, chairman of the Republican party of Iowa.
