Emphasis on Iowa’s female leaders DES MOINES – Lt. Governor Kim Reynolds announced Feb. 23 that she is embarking upon a statewide tour to celebrate “National Women’s History Month” in March. The Lt. Governor will be traveling to several communities to meet with female leaders and highlight how women are positively impacting Iowa with their ideas, actions and ingenuity.

Rockets keep winning, now just two games from Wells Fargo Arena
The Paton-Churdan boys are only two games away from the state basketball tournament after a convincing 75-45 win Tuesday night in Guthrie Center over the Adair-Casey Bombers. The Rockets, now 19-3, will play Nodaway Valley (16-6) Thursday at 7 pm at Panorama High School in Panora.
