People who wax nostalgic for typewriters, film projectors or globes, along with those who want new art on their walls, will find treasures at a one day rummage sale Saturday at the Jefferson public library.
The library is selling unused items to make room for updates. Included on the sale list are an oak TV stand and an oak media cabinet, two televisions, an office table, a binding machine with comb supplies, a sound system and more.
There are more than 40 art prints for sale, including landscape and still life prints and paintings, all framed and ready to hang. Many have canvas carrying bags with them.
Staff on the children’s side has pulled out to sell new T-shirts, a tug boat chair, a puppet theater, a play house, a painted tricycle, toys, puzzles and more.
The sale will be Saturday only, from 9 am to 1 pm. All proceeds will benefit the Jefferson public library.
