Greene County magistrate court, week ending Sept. 5

In Greene County magistrate court Daniel Carl Krog paid a $48 sheriff’s fee and $60 court costs in a case in which he was charged with public intoxication. He served the required jail time before disposition was entered.

Cases were initiated during the week that ended Sept. 5 as follows: Rebecca Lynn Chumbley of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia; Kelsi Elizabeth Gross of Jefferson, disorderly conduct; Jeannie Rebecca Gustoff of Scranton, disorderly conduct; Donald Duane Daniel of Scranton, disorderly conduct; Meri Astrid Nelson of Jefferson, disorderly conduct; Seth Michael Butler of Scranton, disorderly conduct; and Richard Dean Tuhn Jr of Grand Junction, violation of a no contact order.

Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Sept. 5 as follows: Tamara Sue Binkley, dark windows, $50.

Also, speed, $80 (11-15 mph over limit): *Joann Susan Schumacher of Carroll.

Speed, $40 (6-10 over): Hemant Odhavbnai Desai of Lincoln, NE, *Black A. Sprecher and *John Wayne Ries, both of Ogden, *Christopher John Sorenson of Paton, *Sean Patrick Barett of Mahtomed, MN, *Francine Marie Michael of Osceola, *Julie Ann Dozier of Arcadia, and *Kimberly Kay Braun of Jefferson.

Speed, $20 (1-5 over): Jay Dean Thompson of Grand Junction, Amber Rose Davis of Jefferson, Michael Thomas Wittrock of Glidden, Jean Ellen Blanchfield of Lake City, and Alexander Howard Drees of Carroll.

Failure to stop/yield as posted, $100: Gertrude Karen Boer of Jefferson.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Rhonda L. Zahler of St Michael MN, speed, $20; *Gabriel Joseph Pape of Moorhead and Stephanie Herminia Lopez of Perry, failure to maintain control, $100; Angelica Ester Brager of Grand Junction, speed, $40; Makkelia Brown of Jefferson, speed, $90; and Lance Michael Ross of Grand Junction, careless driving, paid $35 fine with $12.25 surcharge and $59.75 court costs, judgment entered for $.25 remaining court costs.

The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.

Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.
