In Greene County district court, cases were initiated during the week ending Sept. 5 as follows: Beth Renee Perdue, 29, of Jefferson, driving while license barred; Richard Dean Tuhn Jr, 37, of Grand Junction, possession of a fire arm by person convicted of domestic abuse; Stacia M. Day, 26, of Grand Junction, operating while intoxicated (OWI)-first offense and child endangerment; Seth Michael Butler, 25, of Scranton, assault; and Donald Duane Daniel, 42, of Scranton, assault causing serious injury.
