In Greene County magistrate court identical judgments were entered against Jerry Dean Wilson and Donald Merle Wilson, both of Paton, and both charged with harassment-third degree. Both were granted deferred judgments and placed on informal probation for one year. A judgment for a $100 civil penalty with $60 court costs was entered against each of them.
In a new case not previously listed on the docket, a judgment was entered against Steven Logan Dzuris of Jefferson on charges of disorderly conduct and interference with official acts. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on each count. Court costs were $60, for a total judgment of $235.
