Jefferson Telecom announces a free NCAA men’s basketball tournament contest sponsored by local businesses.
March Mania is free and easy to enter: go to www.jeffersonmarchmania.com and fill out an online bracket. The contest is open to all residents of Greene County who are 18 or older.
Participants can now complete the quick online registration at the website listed. Once the brackets are available for completion after “Selection Sunday”, March 16, an email will be sent notifying everyone that it is time to fill out the bracket.
It is not necessary to have college basketball knowledge in order to participate, as a click-and-drag interface allows for easy bracket selection, taking only a few minutes to complete.
fi tablet valued at $299. Second prize is a Fitbit Flex Wireless Activity and Sleep Wristband and third prize is a $50 Chamber check. One random entrant will receive a $50 Chamber Check in a drawing that all contestants are eligible for regardless of standings at the end of the challenge.
Previous first prize winners were Mary Wolterman in 2011, Nikki Uebel in 2012, and Chris Dzuris in 2013.
