In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Jan. 22 in a case initiated in district court against Haley Marie Carrick of Scranton. She was charged with harassment-first degree. She pleaded guilty to an amended charge of harassment-third degree. A judgment was entered for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge. She must also pay $30 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $100 court costs.
Identical judgments were entered against Chad D. Van Bell of Clive and David John Miller of Churdan, both charged with trespass. The judgments were for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 court costs.
