Christmas dinner at the Elks lodge

The Jefferson Elks and Does partnered to provide Christmas dinners for about 225 area residents on Christmas Day. The menu included turkey with all the trimmings. Greene County magistrate court, week ending Dec. 20

In Greene County magistrate court judgments were entered Dec. 18 against Frederick James Lonsdale of Jefferson in three separate cases involving thefts at Don’s Ace Hardware. Two of the cases were initiated in district court as charges of theft-fourth degree; the third was initiated in magistrate court as a charge of theft-fifth degree.
