In Greene County district court Tyler John Tassell, 40, of Carroll pleaded not guilty Aug.1 to a charge of operating while intoxicated- first offense. A trial date was set for Oct. 1.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Logan Eric Warland, 29, of Fort Dodge has been charged with two counts of burglary- third degree (motor vehicle). The warrant was issued June 14 and returned Aug. 7.
Cases were initiated in district court as follow: Ethan Thomas Hamman, 22, of Moveille, OWI- first offense; Thomas James Dearden, 18, of Boone, possession of marijuana- first offense; Kelvin Eugene Miller, 19, of Boone, possession of marijuana- first offense; Gisela Del Carmen Guerrero, 52, of Perry, OWI- second offense; and Brandon Lee Dodson, 33, of Webster City, driving while license barred.
