Greene County magistrate court, week ending June 13

In Greene County magistrate court Elisha Marie Mischke of Jefferson was sentenced to 30 days in jail after she pleaded guilty to a charge of interference with official acts. All but two days of the jail term was suspended and she was placed on informal probation for one year. She must pay sheriff’s room and board fees for time she serves. Mischke was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge; both were suspended. She must pay $60 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs. (Sentencing: Judge David Morain)

A judgment was entered against Michelle Guzman of Paton on a charge of theft- fifth degree, amended from a charge in district court of theft- fourth degree. She was fined $65with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. She must pay $155.99 victim restitution and $100 court costs.

Kelsey Kay Stringer of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct. Court costs were $60.

Jacob Mario Lopez of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.

Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Kristina Marie Greene of Jefferson has been charged with domestic abuse assault- first offense.

A case was initiated against Kole Alexander Higgins of Grand Junction on charges of interference with official aces and disorderly conduct.
