Persons paid fines in Greene County for scheduled traffic violations during the week of Dec. 23-27 as follows: Aaron Charles Stell of Farnhamville, operating non-registered vehicle, $50; and David Vernon McClain of Boone and Erika Morales Jimenez of Scranton, both no valid driver’s license, $200.
Also, speed, $80 (11-15 mph over limit): Aaron Charles Stell of Farnhamville.
Speed, $40 (6-10 over): Erika Morales Jimenez of Scranton and *Mallory Susan Doran of Jefferson.
Speed, $20 (1-5 over): Taylor Robert Berger of Carroll, *Travis Dale Crouse of Dana, and Joslyn Alane Jorgensen of Churdan.
Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines during the week of Dec. 23-27 as follows (original fine listed): Blythe Jaden Eversol of Jefferson, failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way, $100, no valid driver’s license, $200, and speed, $425; *Guy Adam Barley of Rippey, speed, $20; and *Brett Lee Rathbun of Urbandale, *Jonathan Richard Wetter of Rockwell City, and *Shane Ray Hillenga of Johnston, speed, $40.
The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.
Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.
