The Jefferson Fareway store was the scene of a flash mob last Saturday. Carolers gathered, seemingly spontaneously, in front of the meat counter, treating customers to their rendition of “Joy to the World.” The flash mob was organized by Nicole Friess Schilling and included people from Central Christian Church and friends.

The girls gave each resident a fleece blanket, a Christmas ornament, and treats. Team fundraising proceeds supplemented money put in by each of the girls for the project.
