CLIVE – A Jefferson woman has won a $250,000 prize playing the Iowa Lottery’s “$250,000 Club” instant-scratch game. Shirley Drayer claimed her prize Monday at the lottery’s headquarters in Clive. She claimed the ninth of 12 top prizes of $250,000 available in the game. Casey’s, 508 N. Elm St. in Jefferson sold the winning ticket.
