In Greene County district court judgments were entered Feb. 28 against Michelle Lyn Paradise, 45, of Jefferson after she pleaded guilty to charges of harassment and trespass She was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge on each charge. In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Feb. 28 against Bailey Joleen Lounsbury of Churdan on one county of theft- fifth degree. She was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. She must pay $448.21 restitution. Six counts of theft- fifth degree were dismissed. Court costs were $60.
