In Greene County district court Joshua Paul Morgera, 23, of Papillon, NE, was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge Sept. 27 after he pleaded guilty to a charge of assault- simple, amended from assault on person in certain occupation. Greene County magistrate court, week ending Oct. 1

In Greene County magistrate court judgments were entered Sept. 29 against Timothy Patrick Day of Jefferson on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
