Greene County district court, week ending Oct. 21

In Greene County district court Amanda Marie Meyer, 35, of Fort Dodge was granted a deferred judgment after she changed her plea to guilty to a charge of operating while intoxicated- first offense. In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 7 against Lydia Becky Leggitt of Jefferson on a charge initiated in April 2021 of possession of drug paraphernalia. Greene County magistrate court, week ending Oct. 13

Information is now available about three magistrate court cases in which judgment was entered Sept. 15 on charges of public intoxication. Judgments were identical in every case.
