In Greene County district court the week ending June 3 persons pleaded not guilty as follows: James Harold Doran, 48, of Paton, assault causing bodily injury; Delbert Thomas Davis, 38, of Earlham, driving while license barred; and Jonathan Mitchell Cole, 19, of Des Moines, operating while intoxicated (OWI)-first offense.
