VFW Post 9599 and the VFW auxiliary will host a country fried steak dinner Saturday, March 23, at the post at 109 N. Chestnut St in Jefferson. The menu will feature country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, a dinner roll and a beverage. Free will donations will be accepted. The public is invited.
