Free fitness class for seniors starts Jan. 3

The Jefferson park and recreation department invites all older residents who want to “get moving” to a free one-hour fitness class Friday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the Greene County Community Center. The chair-based fitness class will consist of stretching, balance work, and strengthening exercises. There will be coffee and conversation time after each class.

Dec. 18, 2019 MUSIC RECITAL – The piano and violin students of Janice Johnston performed at a recital for approximately 40 of their family and friends on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 15.
