Seniors who worry about falling are invited to a free course, A Matter of Balance, hosted by Elderbridge Agency on Aging. The class is for anyone who is concerned about falls, is interested in improving their balance, flexibility and strength, has fallen in the past, or who has restricted activities because of concerns about falling.
