First Presbyterian Church of Jefferson, as it has the past several years, participated in the national Souper Bowl of Caring Feb. 1. The congregation collected 3,680 cans of food which will be distributed to the Greene County Christian Action Resource Center (ARC) food pantry, Pine Ridge mission, and Beacon of Hope. Jeff library slates program about aprons
The Friends of the Jefferson Public Library will host a program, “The Ties That Bind: A Celebration of Aprons,” on Saturday, Feb. 21 from 9 to 11 am at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 801 West Lincoln Way in Jefferson. There will be activities for all ages to enjoy at this free program.
