Just about every part of the 2015 Bell Tower Festival lived up to the circus theme, Bell Tower Big Top, with the festival as the biggest show in Greene County. More than 80 family members gathered last weekend to celebrate the 66th wedding anniversary of Beverly and Glen Hoyt, long-time Scranton residents. They also noted Bev’s 85th birthday.
