Greene County Elementary is naming one student in each grade the GCE Ram of the Month rather than the Bucket-Filler awards that were done the past two years. The American Kennel Club good citizen test will be offered Saturday, Nov. 18, from 3 to 5 pm at the Greene County Community Center in Jefferson.
