Spay Day neutering clinic well-attended

The Animal Protection and Education Charity (A.P.E.) of rural Paton conducted a low cost Spay and Zeuter-neuter clinic for dogs last Sunday at the Grand Junction Community Center in honor of Spay Day. Twenty dogs, ranging in size from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, were altered. Two veterinarians and several volunteers cared for the dogs that day.  Each dog was spayed…

JPRD tells upcoming programs

The Jefferson park and recreation department is accepting registrations for two programs that start soon.
