Scranton library tells winter hours
The Marchant Memorial Library in Scranton will begin winter hours next Monday, Dec. 8. The library will be open Monday from 11 am to 5 pm; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3 to 6 pm; Wednesday from 2 to 5 pm; and Saturday from 10 am to noon. The hours will be in effect until further notice.
