Spring clean-up Saturday in Scranton

Residents of Scranton will have the opportunity to clean up their properties Saturday morning. City officials have arranged for a dumpster for disposal of household items and extra garbage on April 25. It will be located across from City Hall on Main Street. Hours for the clean up are 6 to  8 am.

Students compete in business skills at Iowa Central

Twenty area high schools were represented by 230 students at Iowa Central Community College Business Competition Day, held April 8 on the campus in Fort Dodge. Students competed in 28 different business-related skills.
