Customer service and hospitality training slated
For those on the ‘front line’ welcoming visitors to county An interactive customer service and hospitality training is being offered Tuesday, April 25, at 9 am at the Greene County Historical Museum in Jefferson. This is the first time the training is being offered in Greene County.

Sheriff’s deputy Christopher Frehse was introduced at the county supervisors’ meeting Monday. Frehse was born in Storm Lake and grew up in Humboldt. He is an Army veteran and holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Iowa State University. He has already begun his training with the sheriff’s office and will attend the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy next fall.
