At last: Scranton library moves to new facility

There’s an old saying that states, “Many hands make light work.” That proved to be true on Saturday when a substantial number of volunteers formed a human chain stretching half a block on Scranton’s Main Street.

Former librarian Sarah Stephens wore a specially designed T-shirt for the library’s Moving Day.

A grand opening celebration is planned for Saturday, Sept. 27. Details will be forthcoming  ~The Scranton Journal
