Support local healthcare at Bomgaars Ladies’ Night

Annual event is Sunday, Nov. 1

The  Greene County Medical Center Foundation is happy to be named the local community beneficiary for the upcoming  Jefferson Bomgaars annual Ladies’ Night.

This year’s festive evening of fall shopping, fabulous prizes and community spirit is set for Sunday, Nov, 1,  from 5 to 8 pm. During these three hours, shoppers can enjoy a 20 percent discount on regularly priced  merchandise (exclusions apply), participate in exciting giveaways and know that 5 percent of all total store sales during the event will be donated directly to the Greene County Medical Center Foundation.

“Shopping local has always been a great way to support our neighbors but pairing it with an evening of fun at  Bomgaars turns a routine trip into a true community celebration,” said foundation director Nancy Houska. “Every  cart loaded and every discount claimed translates into enhanced care right here in Greene County. We are deeply  grateful to the Jefferson Bomgaars team and their shoppers for continuing to champion local healthcare in such a  meaningful way.”

What started nearly a decade ago as a modest local event raising $18,000 across 21 stores has grown  tremendously. Across all participating locations spanning multiple states, Bomgaars has channeled hundreds of  thousands of dollars into local healthcare centers, cancer care facilities and community organizations.

“So, mark your calendars, grab your friends and make plans to shop with a purpose on Sunday, November 1. Join us  for a wonderful night of festive fun, great deals and powerful community impact,” Houska said.
