In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Jaxon Andrew Meyer of Rockwell City on a charge of consumption of alcohol in a public place by a minor. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Alyssa Lynn Bergantzel of Scranton, accessory after the fact; and Martin James Higgins of Grand Junction domestic abuse assault.
