In Greene County magistrate court, Brandon Earl Remaly of Jefferson was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served after he pleaded guilty to a charge of assault, amended from domestic abuse assault. The jail time was suspended and he was placed on informal probation to the county sheriff for one year. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $91.50.
