Magistrate Jessica Morton entered dispositions Aug. 3 in four cases against Kenneth Joseph Bonnette of Scranton. In both of two cases in which Bonnette was charged with violation of a no contact order, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with all but seven days suspended. The jail terms are concurrent. No fine was entered. The jail terms are consecutive to a 30 day term to which he was sentenced on a charge of domestic abuse assault. All but two days of that term were suspended; his total jail sentence is nine days. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and a $90 domestic abuse surcharge. He must also complete the Iowa Domestic Abuse Program at his own expense. An earlier charge of violation of a no contact order was dismissed. Court costs were $172.59 in that case.
