In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Jamie Skyler Wade of Grand Junction on a charge of domestic abuse assault. She must also pay a $90 domestic abuse assault surcharge. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for time served, and she must complete the Iowa domestic abuse program at her own expense. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Daniel Joseph Tasler of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Gentry Lee Lowe of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Joshua James Parrish of Jefferson, disorderly conduct- loud, raucous noise.
