The Community Players of Greene County will present “Birds of North America” by Anna Ouyang Moench, a two-person play that portrays the challenging conversations a father and daughter attempt over several years as they watch birds.
Grace Hardaway plays the role of Caitlyn while Darren Jackson plays the role of John, her father. Over the years they watch birds together from their backyard and discuss the changes happening around them. The play examines the relationship of a father and daughter over the course of a decade and how they struggle to understand each other.
Performances are Friday and Saturday, April 10 and 11, at 7 pm, and Sunday, April 12 at 2 pm, at the Greene County High School auditorium. There is no set admission charge; free will donations will be received gratefully.
