In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Travis James Turner of Des Moines on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He must pay $169.99 restitution to Bomgaar’s, a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge, and $60 court costs.
A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Shilow James Ashby of Grand Junction on a charge of harassment- third degree. Court costs were $181.88.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Dakota Rae Sheer of Rippey, possession of drug paraphernalia; Todd Michael Glade of Jefferson, interference with official acts; and Darren Scott Lehrkamp of Scranton, public intoxication.
