In Greene County district court during the week ending Oct. 10 persons pleaded not guilty to charges as follows: Brittany Katy Smith, 38, of Jefferson, possession of marijuana- second offense and possession of methamphetamine- second offense; Kelly Lynn Greving, 47, of Jefferson, prostitution, and manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver not more than 5 gr of a mixture of a substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine; and Neal W. Schoon, 62, of Bayard, stalking- violation of protective order. Trial dates were set for Dec. 9 in every case.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Sarah Dawn Schwery, 48, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated- second offense; Adrian Kyle Kerr, 22, of Parsons, KS, operating while intoxicated and possession of dangerous weapon while under the influence; Alan Kenneth Jensen, 67, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated; and Michael James Wagoner, 42, of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault- third or subsequent offense.
