In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty to charges as follows: Jay Dolliver Orsack, 58, of Churdan, ongoing criminal conduct- influence enterprise (two counts), pimping/pandering for prostitution; and Stephanie Denise Perry, 68 of Jefferson, gambling- false statement on application. A trial date was set for Oct. 27 for Orsack and for Nov. 19 for Perry.
Cases were initiated in district as follows: Kelly Lynn Greving, 47, of Jefferson, ongoing criminal conduct (two counts), prostitution, and manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver not more than 5 gr of a mixture of a substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine; Andrew Vernon Wempe, 42, of Scranton, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness; and Treyton Alan Swanberg, 18, of Farnhamville, possession of fictitious license, ID card or form;
