All area residents are invited to enjoy “Tunes and Treats” Sunday, Aug. 17, at 6 pm in the Churdan city park.
The Town and Country Band will supply the tunes from an updated play list, and the Churdan public library staff and board will supply the treats, including ice cream sundaes, floats, pie and bars. Attendees are reminded to bring their own seating.
A free will donation will be taken, with one-fourth going to ongoing library programming and three-fourths going to the library’s building fund.
