In Greene County district court Jay Dolliver Orsack, 61, of Churdan pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to deliver more than 5 grams but not more than 50 kg of a mixture or substance containing a detectible amount of a substance purporting to be methamphetamine. A trial date was set for Oct. 27.
Cases were initiated as follows: Travis Douglas Stanek, 33, of Grand Junction, domestic abuse assault impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury; and Andrew Vernon Wempe, 42, of Scranton, harassment- first degree.
