Iowa Cover Crop slates 2025 Conservation Coffee series

Iowa Cover Crop is kicking off its annual Conservation Coffee series, a casual and informative gathering for farmers, landowners, and anyone interested in sustainable land practices. Held at Iowa Cover Crop’s headquarters south of Jefferson, these free, come-and-go events feature coffee, donuts, engaging conversations, and door prizes.

“There’s a lot of valuable knowledge within our community, and sometimes the best way to learn is over a cup of coffee,” said Megan Holz, general manager at Iowa Cover Crop. “These events are a chance to swap ideas, ask questions, and walk away with practical solutions for your land.”

The series is sponsored in partnership with the Iowa Agriculture Water Alliance (IAWA), an organization dedicated to improving water quality through farmer-led solutions that promote soil health, nutrient management, and conservation practices. IAWA staff will be on hand at each event, sharing valuable insights on water quality and conservation strategies that benefit both farmers and landowners. Learn more about their work at www.iaagwater.org.

No RSVP is required, but it’s appreciated. Attendees can confirm their attendance through the Facebook events on Iowa Cover Crop’s page. For more information, contact Iowa Cover Crop at info@iacovercrop.com or visit its Facebook page for updates.
