For the past nine years, Bomgaars has held its annual Ladies’ Night in the fall, offering an evening of shopping with 5 percent of total sales donated to healthcare and women’s organizations in the communities they serve. This year the Jefferson Bomgaars will host Ladies’ Night Sunday, Nov. 3, from 5 to 8 pm, with the donation going to the Greene County Medical Center Foundation.
“We are grateful to Bomgaars and all those who participate by shopping at the annual Ladies’ Night events,” said foundation director Nancy Houska. “These proceeds not only provide assistance for program development and retention, equipment purchases and new initiatives, they support our patients. Everyone is a winner during an event such as this. Thank you for shopping local at the Jefferson Bomgaars and providing invaluable benefits to the patients we serve right here in Greene County and the surrounding area.”
Shoppers will enjoy discounts and giveaways at the annual event at all 181 locations. Ladies’ Night has grown from just 21 participating locations with a total donation of $18,000 the first year to more than $161,000 at 180 locations in 2023.
