Book bargains will be available at the Summerfest used book sale at the Grand Junction public library Saturday, Aug. 3, from 9 am to noon. The used book sale is part of the annual 50107 Summerfest celebration in Grand Junction.
Quality used hardcover and softcover books will be for sale for $1. The Bargain Book Box will feature paperbacks for 50 cents.
Book shoppers are encouraged to “stay in GJ” for the Horizons Brunch at the Community Center (one block east of the library) from 10 am to noon and the annual 50107 Summerfest arade on Hager Street (one block south of the library) at 11 am. The book sale will be open for browsing and buying before, during and after the brunch and parade.
