Get your classic tractor shined up and full of gas to take part in the annual Scranton tractor ride on Saturday, Aug. 10. Organizer Dawn Rudolph has an interesting route planned and is looking forward to a large crowd of tractors, drivers and riders.
There is no charge to participate. Registration and refreshments will be available at the Scranton Community Center (former school house) beginning at 7 am.
The ride will leave town at 8:30 am. There will be break at Landus in Bayard where refreshments will be served.
The plans are to return to Scranton about noon.
